Our family has a one on one relationship with the pharmacist, Rasak is great. Better than the big chain stores. Had no problems transferring our prescriptions here and haven't looked back. We were visiting Ottawa area during Christmas holidays from USA and needed some advise from Pharmacist. It was a Christmas Eve and places were closed. We were fortunate to find this pharmacy and hoping the pharmacy to be opened. The pharmacist, Mr. Patel was about to close pharmacy when we requested him for his advise on minor ailment. He was kind enough to patiently listen to our concerns. He was very composed and sympathetic in his response and he made us feel relaxed. Though it was late, he stayed little longer than closing hours to suggest us the best approach of treatment.

The pharmacist is exceptionally helpful and considerate.   Outstanding service at all times; you could not ask for better.  That it happens to be within walking distance of where I live is the proverbial (convenience) icing on the cake.
